Peter Schuh is a founding partner of Rockview and partner of an internationally active asset manager. Previously, he held a senior position at The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised financial service providers and industrial companies in Europe. A graduate in physics, he studied mathematics and physics at the University of Bonn, the University of NSW in Sydney and at Seoul National University. During his studies he was a scholar of both the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). He holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and Singapore and is a board member of the international INSEAD Alumni Association.

Simone spent several years with McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers: As project manager at McKinsey, she advised clients from the financial industry throughout Europe and was a member of the European Corporate Finance Practice. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Simone worked on international M&A projects across different industries. Simone Riebel-Adam holds a degree in business administration and studied economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany and at Harvard University.

Silke Nora Hein is an expert in transforming business processes – from initial conceptualization to implementation. She has extensive experience in managing projects to develop growth strategies and improve business and process efficiency. Silke Nora Hein has more than 15 years of consulting experience. Most recently, her focus at a leading strategy consultancy was on business and strategy development and digitalization. She started her career in the advisory division of one of the Big4, where she led projects on transactions, reorganization, corporate governance and business development for family businesses. As a member of the EMEA leadership team at Steelcase, she was responsible for pricing and profitability in the region. Silke holds a master’s degree in business administration and studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Lausanne.

Sebastian Reschke is a strategic consultant, member of an advisory board, coach and partner to a portfolio of various companies. With a doctorate in mechanical and process engineering, he studied at the RWTH Aachen and INSA de Lyon, France and completed his MBA at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). He is an accredited Meyler Campbell Business Coach. Sebastian Reschke has lived and worked on different continents and speaks four languages.

Caroline Höllein mainly supported life sciences clients in sales, marketing and product launches internationally in a leading strategy consultancy. Previously, she worked for an investment banking boutique in mergers and acquisitions for medium-sized companies in the USA and Europe. After the death of her father in 2011, she joined the family’s iron foundry, restructured and successfully repositioned the company on the market and then handed over the operational management to her brother. Caroline Höllein studied international business administration at the European Business School in Vienna, Austria and at Pace University in New York and completed her MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and Singapore.

Jens Zimmermann initially worked for Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Munich and Paris with a focus on acquisitions. Later he worked for a buyout company and founded HGU Hamburg Private Equity AG. He has been active in South Asia, the Middle East and Dubai and has been a board member of the HBS Club of the United Arab Emirates since 2004. He completed his MBA at Harvard Business School and is co-founder of the German Alumni Organization.

Jörg Nowack has 18 years of R&D, strategy, marketing, business development and general management experience in organizations reaching from large diversified multinationals (Hitachi, Philips) to medium-sized industrial specialists (TT Electronics) and startups (CMS, now part of Thorlabs), plus 4 years of providing advisory and hands-on transformation services to a wide range of clients when at McKinsey. Originally an engineering physicist graduate (dual degree from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology + INP Grenoble), Jörg Nowack later obtained an MBA from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium. He has lived, worked, and studied in 8 European countries, the USA and Japan, and speaks fluent English, French and Spanish in addition to his native German.
