Project Manager

Your tasks

• You will manage and support projects at the top decision-making level – from the analysis and creative phase to practical implementation. You will also provide support in the acquisition of new projects or clients.
• You will develop new business models, product innovations, growth, market and client strategies as well as product and portfolio strategies as well as sales and pricing strategies in business building projects.
• You will support companies during the digital transformation as well as in management and team development
• You will maintain the ROCKVIEW network with business partners, especially banks and financial service providers.
• You will actively participate in further developing our industry know-how and innovative solutions for banks and financial service providers, e.g. by conducting studies.

How to impress us

• You have creative drive and passion for the strategic challenges of our clients that sets you apart from others.
• You are well-versed in strategy consulting – ideally at a leading management consultancy in the financial services sector or on the corporate side in the financial industry, e.g. as an analyst or in corporate development.
• We require an above-average university degree in economics, industrial engineering, information systems or natural sciences.
• A doctorate or M.B.A. from a leading business school is a plus.
• You have a high level of methodological expertise and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Very good spoken and written German and English
• Ideally you have already gained some experience in project management or in managing employees
